GST stands for General Science and Technology. 19 universities have agreed to take an integrated admission test based on the GST University Admission Circular. This decision was taken by the vice chancellors of the universities during the last meeting that took place at Jagannath University.

What are the Minimum Requirements?
A minimum GPA of 7.00 in total in the SSC and HSC exams is expected for Science Students. A minimum GPA of 6.5 in total in SSC and HSC is expected for Business Studies students. A minimum GPA of 6.00 in all in SSC and HSC is expected for Humanities Students. In any of these two tests, applicants for each category shall not have less than a GPA of 3.00; otherwise, they are not admissible.
How to Apply Online?
The application process will take place online according to the GST University Admission Circular. To apply online for the exam, follow the instructions given below.
- Go to the website of the university mentioned in the circular for the GST admission application.
- To begin the procedure, click Start.
- Fill in any details you may need including Roll No./Reg No., SSC and HSC board name, test year, etc.
- Press the Submit button to complete the application procedure.
Admission Test Marks Distribution
Only the selected candidates from the initial application pool will be eligible to appear for the admission test, which will be held at designated centers. Each unit will conduct an admission test with a total score of 100 marks. The duration of the admission test will be 1 hour, and the passing score will be 30 marks.
