Universities Integrated Admission System

Integrated admission test will be conducted for all public universities of the country from the academic year 2020-21.

Students passing Higher Secondary Level will be able to attend the integrated admission test at all public universities in separate question papers prepared following same syllabus. The admission test will be conducted in three sections on distinguished subjects.

This process will also be applicable for admission to the honors level of colleges comprising the national university.

An online application will be called within a short time after the release of the HSC exam result. The admission test will be completed by November. Students in the central merit list will apply for admission as per the requirements of the concerned university and the class will begin in January.

To address the wishes of President Abdul Hamid, the Vice-Chancellors of all the universities, unanimously decided to follow the procedure to minimize the suffering of parents and students.

The decision was taken at the standing committee meeting of the Bangladesh University Parishad by the vice-chancellors of 28 public universities, held Tuesday at the conference room of the Vice-Chancellor of Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University.
